- Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and value
your business. Your personal information
will be held in strict confidence.
We will not sell, trade, or rent out
our mailing list, phone numbers or
e-mail addresses. For the security
of our customers experiencecapetown.com
does not hold any credit card details.
Iveri (Nedbank), a credit card payment
facilitator, handles these details,
but are not stored.
- Prices
Quotations will be provided on request
for the services and/or activities
listed in the directory. Quotations
are only valid for 3 days. Experiencecapetown.com
reserves its right to adjust prices
in accordance with increases in the
costs of the activities and/or tours
and currency fluctuations after 3
days of the quotation.
Prices do not include airport taxes,
costs of obtaining visas and passports,
telephone calls, laundry, entertainment,
arrangements not shown in the itinerary,
meals and beverages unless specified
and any other items of a personal
nature.
- Payment
All prices are quoted in South African
Rand. experiencecapetown.com will
accept payment by Credit Card and
direct deposit or electronic transfer.
- Cancellations
In the event of a confirmed reservation
being cancelled for any reason such
cancellation must be made in writing
and in such instances cancellation
charges will be levied in accordance
with the following :-
Overland tours and private charters:
More than 10 days prior to commencement
of services - 25%
Between 10 days and 4 days prior to
commencement of services - 50%
Less than 4 days prior to commencement
of services - 100%.
Other than overland tours and private
charters :
More than 10 week prior to commencement
of services - 25%
Between 10 week and 4 days prior to
commencement of services - 50%
less than 4 days prior to commencement
of services - 100%
- Amendments
Amendments to confirmed reservations,
where possible, will be charged at
the rate of ZAR75.00 for each alteration
made.
- Liability
experiencecapetown.com only acts as
agents for the suppliers of the services
referred to in the directory and therefore
experiencecapetown.com shall not in
any way be liable as a principal to
any person as a result of any act
or omission on the part of such suppliers.
experiencecapetown.com shall furthermore
not be liable for any loss, damage,
injury, accident, delay or any other
irregularity that may be occasioned
by the defect in any vehicle or any
other form of conveyance or by error
or default of any company or persons
engaged in conveying passengers or
engaged in the activities referred
to in the directory. When confirming
the reservation the client binds himself
or herself or minor children to these
terms and does hereby waive any claims
of whatsoever nature or kind which
the client or any child of the client
may have against experiencecapetown.com,
its members, employees or any other
persons appointed by any of the aforegoing
to act on their behalf during the
tour, excursion or activity from time
to time and hold harmless and absolve
the aforegoing parties from liability
in respect of any cause of action
howsoever arising, directly or indirectly
or in connection with any loss or
damage to the clients or the client's
child's property or to the person
of the client or his or her children
during the entire duration
- Refunds and Unused Services.
No refunds will be made if a passenger
fails to join a tour or discontinues
the tour prior to completion or fails
to take part in the activity. Other
instances are at the discretion of
management.
- Itinerary alterations
experiencecapetown.com reserves the
right to alter itineraries. The duration
of any tour may have to be extended
or curtailed owing to unforseeable
changes in transport schedules. Any
resultant expense will be borne by
the passenger and any saving will
be refunded.
experiencecapetown.com reserves the
right to cancel any tour prior to
departure in which event the entire
tour price paid by the passenger will
be refunded without prejudice to and
without any further obligation on
the part of experiencecapetown.com.
- Insurance
We strongly advise passengers to take
out insurance against cancellation,
curtailments, illness, loss of baggage,
medical, personal liability and default
at the time of booking.
- Disclaimer
Although experiencecapetown.com endeavours
to provide accurate and up to date
information on this site neither experiencecapetown.com
nor any of its employees, agents and
associates make any representations
or give any warranties, whether expressly
or implied to the information, content,
materials and products included and
available from this site. experiencecapetown.com,
its employees, agents and associates
will not be liable for any damage
of whatsoever nature arising or resulting
from the use of or inability to use
this site or the information contained
hereon, including but not limited
to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive
